I’m Tami Quintana, the founder of Cloud9 Empowerment Solutions. I established this practice as a safe environment for individuals and families facing life’s toughest challenges, including supervised visitation, court-mandated services, and the essential work of healing. With a trauma-informed perspective and a profound respect for each individual’s narrative, I provide counseling, safe exchanges, and required alcohol and drug classes. My mission is to offer clarity, compassion, and support at every stage of your journey.
